Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO Executive Board members Sandra Falwell (DCNA), Michael Murphy (IUOE 99) and Doris Reed (ASASP) were sworn in by President Jos Williams at a recent Council meeting.

Doris also serves as the Council's 2^nd Vice President.
